Feature · Practice management
One workspace for every client. Zero spreadsheets.
Pulse for practices brings every client's tax deadlines, Companies House alerts and live numbers into a single workspace. Invite your team, switch between clients in one click, and stop hunting for "what's due this week" across emails and post-its.
Multi-client view
All your clients in one list with deadlines, sync status and active alerts at a glance.
Per-client dashboard
Click into any client to see their full Pulse dashboard exactly as they would.
Team members
Invite colleagues into your practice with one email. Role-based access controlled by you.
Cross-client alerts
A single feed of every Companies House change and overdue filing across the whole book.
Built for the way small UK practices work
Most practice software is either a giant suite that takes a quarter to onboard, or a spreadsheet that breaks the moment two people open it. Pulse sits in the middle: opinionated where it matters (UK tax dates, Companies House polling, Xero data) and light everywhere else.
You add a client by connecting their Xero org and pointing Pulse at their Companies House number. From that moment on, Pulse polls the register, computes their deadlines, and surfaces overdue items into a shared activity feed. Your team sees the same picture you do — no more "did anyone check on X Ltd this week".
Every client also gets their own user-facing dashboard, so when they log in directly they see exactly what you see. That cuts down on "can you send me the cash position" emails dramatically.
What's included
- Unlimited clients per practice plan
- Team member invites with email-based onboarding
- Cross-client activity feed for filings and CH events
- Per-client deadline list, cash, P&L, dividend headroom, DLA
- 15-minute Companies House polling for paid practices
- Audit log of every change Pulse has seen
Client data stays separate. Each client org has its own isolated Pulse account. Practice members can only see clients they've been granted access to, and access is logged.
